Terms of Service

1. Adults only — 18+
Fling is strictly for adults aged 18 or older. By using the site you represent that you are at least 18. We do not knowingly allow minors; accounts/sessions suspected of belonging to minors are terminated and reported where required by law.
2. What Fling is
Fling is a random 1:1 text and video chat service. It is not an escort service, a content marketplace, or a platform for soliciting explicit acts. There are no tipping mechanics between users — supporter tips go to the platform operator only and are never routed to other users.
3. Acceptable use
- No illegal content of any kind.
- No harassment, threats, hate, spam, or scams.
- No unwanted sexual exposure — both parties must be willing participants in any adult conversation.
- Do not share personal information (real name, address, phone, financial details) — yours or anyone else's.
- Do not attempt to circumvent the age gate, abuse the API, or disrupt the service.
Violations may result in immediate loss of access without refund of any Premium pass.
4. Moderation
User reports are reviewed manually by a human moderator. We may restrict or terminate access based on reports and our own review. We do not pre-screen live chats.
5. No recording by us
We do not record video or audio. Video calls are peer-to-peer (WebRTC) and media never passes through our servers. Text messages are stored only long enough to deliver them and are pruned automatically. You are responsible for your own compliance with recording-consent laws if you record your own side of a conversation.
6. Premium & payments
- Premium passes are one-time Bitcoin payments — no subscriptions, no auto-renewal, no card on file.
- Passes are tied to your anonymous session token (stored in your browser). Clearing browser data may lose access to an active pass — contact us with your invoice ID and we'll help.
- Fulfillment: passes are granted within 24 hours of confirmed payment (manual until our payment poller is registered for this product).
- Refunds: if Premium features were not delivered, email us within 7 days of payment for a BTC refund to a return address you provide. Tips are non-refundable supporter contributions. Bitcoin payments are otherwise final once confirmed.
7. Disclaimers
Fling is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee partner availability, video quality, or uninterrupted service. You chat with strangers at your own risk — use common sense and the Safety guidance.
