Safety & reporting 18+
No minors. No exceptions. Fling is strictly 18+. If you suspect someone using this site
is under 18, report it immediately (instructions below) — do not engage further.
The rules
- 18+ only. Suspected minors are removed and reported where the law requires it.
- No illegal content. Ever. This includes CSAM, non-consensual imagery, and anything else illegal where you live.
- Consent matters. No unwanted sexual exposure. If the other person isn't into it, stop or hit Next.
- No harassment, threats, hate, spam, or scams.
- Protect yourself: never share your real name, address, workplace, phone number, or financial details with a stranger. Never send money to another user — Fling has no user-to-user payments, and anyone asking is scamming you.
How to report someone
- In the chat, click 🚩 Report.
- Pick a reason and add details if you can.
- Hit Next — you're immediately disconnected from them.
Every report lands in a moderation queue that a human reviews manually. Rule-breakers lose access. If you believe a crime occurred, contact your local law enforcement — we cooperate with valid legal process.
How to block / leave
There is no persistent block list (there are no accounts) — but Next instantly ends the chat and you'll never be paired with that session again. Closing the tab works too.
What we do on our side
- Hard 18+ age gate (date of birth + confirmation) on every page and every API call — no bypass.
- Rate limits and spam guards on messaging.
- Manual human review of all reports.
- We do not record video or audio — calls are peer-to-peer.
What we can't do: pre-screen live conversations between adults. Chatting with strangers always carries some risk — if a chat feels wrong, leave it.
